Dates: June 2nd – June 25th Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:45 am – 10:30 am (8 total sessions)

Description: The speed & agility camp is offered for incoming 1st – 8th graders.  Focus on the camp will be sprinting and sprinting mechanics as well as agility, balance, coordination, change of direction, power and reaction time. The youth camp also includes a series of fun games and competitions that allow kids to work on various athletic movements while also having a lot of fun.

Location: GMHS FB Field & Track

What to Bring: Appropriate athletic gear, cleats (if you have them), tennis shoes, and an individually labeled water bottle.
