Cost: $80

Camp Description: This camp is a good opportunity for athletes to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete.  They will also get to workout in the SLHS weight room!  The camp is open to current 6th – 8th boys.

Dates/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays from April 8th – May 8th from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Location: SLHS Weight Room

What to Bring: Please bring athletic shoes and your own individually labeled water bottle
