Dates: June 1st – June 24th, Mondays & Wednesdays from 9:00 am – 10:00 am (8 total sessions)

Description: The speed & agility camp is offered for incoming 1st – 8th graders.  Focus on the camp will be sprinting and sprinting mechanics as well as agility, balance, coordination, change of direction, power and reaction time. This youth camp also includes a series of fun games and competitions that allow kids to work on various athletic movements while also having a lot of fun.

Location: Silver Creek High School Football Field & Track

What to Bring: Appropriate athletic gear and cleats (if you have them), tennis shoes, and your own individually labeled water bottle.
