Camp Description: This camp is a good opportunity for athletes to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete.  They will also get to workout in the new GMHS weight room!  The camp is open to current 3rd – 8th boys and girls.

Dates/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from Jan 23rd to Feb 29th from 4:15 pm – 5:15 pm

Location: GMHS Weight Room

What to Bring: Please bring athletic shoes and your own individually labeled water bottle
