Ages: Current 5th – 8th Grade Male and Female Athletes

Camp Dates/Times: April 8th – May 8th (Mondays and Wednesdays) from 4:15 pm – 5:15 pm

Camp Location: Legacy High School Weight Room

Description of Camp: This camp is a great first step towards becoming a high school athlete.  We will focus on form, technique and range of motion to ensure your safety as well as improve your athletic ability.  Athletes of all levels of ability are welcome.  We can’t wait to get started!
