Camp Location: Legacy High School Weight Room

Description of Camp: This camp is led by Coach Jay Madden who will be in his third year as head football coach at Legacy, as well as current college athletes.  This is a good opportunity for both serious athletes and those new to strength training to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete.  This is also a great camp for Boltz Nation Speed Campers to participate in, and those campers will be escorted to the weight room immediately after their speed camp by a camp counselor.
