Dates: October 6th – October 27th (Sundays) (4 total sessions)

Times: 1st – 6th graders = 9:00 am – 10:00 am
7th – 12th graders = 10:15 am – 11:30 am

Cost: $100

Description: The speed & agility camp is offered for incoming 1st – 12th graders, with different ages grouped together at different times. Focus on the camp will be sprinting and sprinting mechanics as well as agility, balance, coordination, change of direction, power and reaction time. This camp also includes a series of fun games and competitions that allow kids to work on various athletic movements while also having a lot of fun.
