Camp Description: This camp is a good opportunity for athletes to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete.  They will also get to workout in the new GMHS weight room!  The camp is open to current 5th – 8th boys and girls.

Dates/Times: June 3rd – June 26th (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from from 10:30 am – 11:15 am

What to Bring: Please bring athletic shoes and your own individually labeled water bottle
