Camp Description: This 6-week camp is designed to help both female and male high school athletes get stronger, build muscle, more coordination, and better conditioning and prepare them for their sports the next school year.

Days/Times: May 28th – July 9th, Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm (no camp June 30th and July 2nd) 

Location: Pomona HS Weight Room

What to Bring: Please bring cleats, tennis shoes and your own individually labeled water bottle
