Camp Description: This 6-week camp is a good opportunity for incoming 5th-8th grade athletes to learn the mechanics of proper weight training and to also get faster and become a better athlete for their upcoming sports seasons.

Dates/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays on May 29th – July 10th from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm (no camp July 1st and 3rd)

Location: Pomona HS Weight Room

What to Bring: Please bring cleats, tennis shoes and your own individually labeled water bottle
