Days/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

(20 total sessions – no camp no 3/21 or 3/23 due to Spring Break)

Cost of Camp: $150

Description of Camp: Current 6th-8th grade athletes will take part in a challenging total body weight lifting and training program.  We will focus on using proper technique and safety, increasing functional athleticism and strength for sports, and preparing young athletes for high school weight lifting.  This camp will be run by coaches involved in the Golden Youth Program that work closely with Coach Yano (Head FB Coach at GHS) on the program and vision of what he wants kids to learn before they attend high school.
