Cost: $200 (18 sessions)

Camp Description: This camp is a good opportunity for athletes to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete.  They will also get to workout in the updated GMHS weight room!  The camp is open to current 6th – 8th boys and girls.

Dates/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from Jan 13th to Mar 12th from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Location: GMHS Weight Room

What to Bring: Please bring athletic shoes and your own individually labeled water bottle
