This camp is for incoming 7th – 12th graders

Time: 9 am – Noon

Cost: $100

Location: Arvada West High School Wrestling Room

Camp Description: This camp will be focused on proper technique for the following: proper stance, leg attacks, throws, top position, pinning, escapes and reversals.  Come and learn these things and more from some of the best clinicians available.  All skill levels are welcome to attend, and everyone can benefit from attending and will leave a better wrestler.

What to Bring:  Wrestling practice gear, headgear optional, water bottle.
