DESCRIPTION:Description: Rising 9th-12th grade athletes will take part in a challenging weight program 3 days a week. Focus in the weight room is on technique\, nutrition\, and becoming more athletic and explosive through a rigorous weight program. Speed & agility will focus on athletic movements that train speed\, power\, agility\, balance\, reaction time\, & coordination. The focus will also be on conditioning athletes and preparing for football season. Camp will be good for all levels and ages\, and will focus on the physicality of the game of football. Blocking\, tackling\, breaking tackles\, pass protection\, pass rush\, open field tackling and moves. This camp will focus on fundamentals and safety\, and campers will get the opportunity to improve their overall football skills through drills\, games\, and competitions.
