DESCRIPTION:Cost of Camp: $80 \nAge: 5th – 8th grades \nDescription of Camp: This camp will be coached by head coach Nate Johnson and his coaching staff at Pomona High School.  The Spring Middle School Speed & Agility Camp is created for any athlete (male or female) looking to improve\, regardless of the sport they play or experience level.  Each session campers will get the opportunity to improve their speed\, agility\, and compete in a variety of drills\, games and competitions. DESCRIPTION:Cost of Camp: $225 (needs to be paid by June 29th) \nDescription of Camp:  Athletes will take part in a challenging Weight Training program 3 days per week.  Focus in the weight room is on technique\, nutrition\, and becoming more athletic and explosive through a rigorous weight program. The speed and agility camp will focus on athletic movements that train Speed\, Power\, Agility\, Balance\, Reaction Time\, and Coordination. Focus will also be on conditioning athletes in preparation for football season.  We will also focus on installation of the playbook for the 2026 season. This also includes all evening 7 on 7s and the Hog Wars event. \nDates/Times: June 8th – July 23rd from 7:30 am – 10:45 am (Every Monday\, Tuesday\, and Thursday) (no camp July 1st – July 8th)\nJuly 24th – Aug 2nd = No team activities.
