SUMMARY:EHS Middle School Beginner Weight Lifting Camp
DESCRIPTION:Cost: $125 \nCamp Description: This camp is a good opportunity for athletes to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete.  They will also get to workout in the EHS weight room and be taught by high school coaches!  The camp is open to current 5th – 8th boys and girls. \nDates/Times: July 21st – August 5th (Mondays\, Tuesdays\, Wednesdays) from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm \nLocation: EHS Weight Room \nWhat to Bring: Please bring athletic shoes and your own individually labeled water bottle
