SUMMARY:Youth Speed & Agility Camp
DESCRIPTION:Dates: June 2nd – June 25th Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:45 am – 10:30 am (8 total sessions) \nCost: $115 \nDescription: The speed & agility camp is offered for incoming 1st – 8th graders.  Focus on the camp will be sprinting and sprinting mechanics as well as agility\, balance\, coordination\, change of direction\, power and reaction time. The youth camp also includes a series of fun games and competitions that allow kids to work on various athletic movements while also having a lot of fun. \nLocation: GMHS FB Field & Track \nWhat to Bring: Appropriate athletic gear\, cleats (if you have them)\, tennis shoes\, and an individually labeled water bottle.
