DESCRIPTION:Cost: $75 (8 total sessions) \nCamp Description: The Standley Lake Middle School Speed and Agility Camp was created for male and female athletes looking to improve their overall athletic ability. The main objective of this camp is to teach the basic fundamentals of sprinting\, improve camper’s speed\, explosive power\, foot quickness\, change of direction abilities\, balance\, coordination and reaction time. Camp will also include a series of games and competitions that allow kids to work on various athletic movements while also having FUN!
