We will focus on using proper technique and safety\, increasing functional athleticism and strength for sports\, and preparing young athletes for high school weight lifting.  Athletes will also receive high-level instruction on the proper nutrition required to maintain energy and achieve their goals\, and will also learn about healthy foods that they can incorporate into their daily lives to maximize the workouts and get the results they want.
