DESCRIPTION:Cost: $125 \nAges: 5 – 14 year olds \nCamp Dates/Times: June 4th – July 11th (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 10:00 am – 11:00 am \nNO camp the week of July 4th \nCamp Location: Legacy High School \nDescription of Camp: The Boltz Nation Speed and Agility Camp for Girls & Boys was created for male and female athletes looking to improve their overall athletic ability.  The main objective of this camp is to teach the basic fundamentals of sprinting\, improve camper’s speed\, explosive power\, foot quickness\, change of direction abilities\, balance\, coordination and reaction time.  The camp will also include a series of games and competitions that allow kids to work on various athletic movements while also having FUN!  Camp will be coached by Coach Jay Madden\, head football coach at Legacy HS\, as well as other former high school and current college athletes.
