SUMMARY:Griz Winter Middle School Strength and Conditioning Camp
DESCRIPTION:Days/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm\nNo Camp on Feb 16th (President’s Day) or Mar 16th-20th (Spring Break) \nAge: 7th – 8th grades \nCost of Camp: $125 (15 sessions) \nDescription of Camp: This camp is geared towards athletes of all levels (boys and girls\, beginner to experienced) that participate in any sport. Campers will take part in a challenging total body weight lifting and training program run by high school coaches and college athletes. We will focus on using proper technique and safety\, increasing functional athleticism and strength for sports\, and preparing young athletes for high school weight lifting. \nCamp Location: ThunderRidge High School Weight Room
