DESCRIPTION:Dates: June 17th\, 19th\, and 21st from 12:05 pm – 1:20 pm \nLocation: GMHS Football Field \nCost: $100 \nDescription: This camp is for incoming 3rd – 12th graders\, and will be coached by Green Mountain Head Coach Jesse German and staff.  Coach German worked with Keith Blackmon Passing School as a private QB Trainer for several off-seasons while coaching in Texas.  The same system used to coach Jeremiah Briscoe (Edmonton Eskimos) and many other Division 1 QBs will be taught.  The focus of the camps will be proper throwing motion\, footwork\, 0\, 1\, 3\, & 5 step drops\, and pocket awareness and escape. \nWhat to Bring: Cleats\, Water bottle\, a football\, a WR to catch for you (optional)

SUMMARY:MS/HS Girls Strength & Conditioning Camp
DESCRIPTION:Time: 10:30 am – 12 pm / Tuesday\, Thursday\, Saturday \n18 total sessions. NO camp the week of July 4th \nCost of Camp: $175 \nDescription of Camp: Female athletes will take part in a challenging total body weight lifting and training program.  We will focus on using proper technique\, increasing athleticism and strength.  They will also learn how to create their own future workouts\, build nutrition plans\, and use a spotter correctly when in the gym.  Athletes will also receive instruction on the proper nutrition required to maintain energy and achieve their goals\, and will also get to learn about healthy foods that they can incorporate into their daily lives to maximize the workouts and get the results they want. \nCamp Location: GMHS Weight Room

SUMMARY:MS/HS Athlete Performance Camp
DESCRIPTION:Cost: $150 (28 sessions) \nDates: Mondays – Thursday June 3rd-July 25th from 7:15 – 8: 15 am (No sessions week of July 4th) \nDescription: These sessions are for incoming middle school and high school athletes\, and will be coached by Coach Moore\, Coach Schulz\, and Coach Franz.  Athletes will learn basic weightlifting techniques for the weight room.  Focus in the weight room is on technique\, nutrition\, and becoming more athletic and explosive through our rigorous program.  Speed & agility will focus on athletic movements that train speed\, power\, agility\, balance\, reaction time\, & coordination.  The focus will also be becoming an athlete that can perform efficiently…Athletes will be required to stretch as a group at the end of each session. \nWhat to bring: water bottle\, cleats\, running shoes \nLocation: GMHS Weight room/Football Field
