DESCRIPTION:Cost: $450 (24 sessions)\nMust register by 5/16 to get ensure you get your summer gear on time \nDates: June 1st – July 23rd (Monday – Thursday)\n(Week of July 4th off) \nWhat to bring: team gear\, water bottle\, cleats\, running shoes \nTime: 8:00 am – 11:00 am \nWhere: Eaglecrest HS Weight room / Football Field \nDescription: Rising 9th-12th grade athletes will take part in a challenging weight program 4 days a week. Focus in the weight room is on technique\, nutrition\, and becoming more athletic and explosive through a rigorous weight program. Speed & agility will focus on athletic movements that train speed\, power\, agility\, balance\, reaction time\, & coordination. The focus will also be on conditioning athletes and preparing for football season. Athletes will be required to stretch as a group at the end of each session. This cost also includes level specific 7v7 & Lineman Challenges.

DESCRIPTION:Cost: $125 \nDates: June 16th – July 16th\, Tuesdays & Thurssdays from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm (8 Sessions) \nWhat to Bring: cleats\, your own towel/water bottle\, football gloves\, your favorite football \nWhere: Eaglecrest High School Football Field \nDescription: This camp will be coached by Eaglecrest Football Head Coach Jesse German and Staff.  Skills camp is created for current 1st to 8th grade athletes that loves to play football\, regardless of position or experience level.  Each session campers will get the opportunity to compete and improve their football skills through drills\, games\, and competitions.  Come have fun and be ready to be challenged to get better! This camp is a multi-week camp that will have 8 sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays!
