Focus in the weight room is on technique\, nutrition\, and becoming more athletic and explosive through a rigorous weight program. Speed & agility will focus on athletic movements that train speed\, power\, agility\, balance\, reaction time\, & coordination. The focus will also be on conditioning athletes and preparing for football season. Athletes will be required to stretch as a group at the end of each session. This cost also includes level specific 7v7 & Lineman Challenges.

This camp is a multi-week camp that will have 8 sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays!

DESCRIPTION:Cost: $50 for Individual Players\nEmail Coach Dee to reserve a spot for your team at donnellsamueljr@gmail.com \nCamp Description: This camp is a great opportunity to learn from Coach Jesse German\, his staff\, and current varsity athletes what it means to be a part of Eaglecrest Football and learn how to become a better football player on both sides of the ball. Day 1 will be helmets only to get all players acclimated to their helmet. Day 2 will be full pads without full contact to get players acclimated to wearing all of their pads. Day 3 drills will all be full contact.
