Focus in the weight room is on technique\, nutrition\, and becoming more athletic and explosive through a rigorous weight program. Speed & agility will focus on athletic movements that train speed\, power\, agility\, balance\, reaction time\, & coordination. The focus will also be on conditioning athletes and preparing for football season. Athletes will be required to stretch as a group at the end of each session. This cost also includes level specific 7v7 & Lineman Challenges.

SUMMARY:EHS Youth Speed & Agility Camp
DESCRIPTION:Dates: June 15th – July 15th\, Mondays & Wednesdays from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm (8 total sessions) \nCost: $125 \nDescription: The speed & agility camp is offered for incoming 1st – 8th graders.  Focus on the camp will be sprinting and sprinting mechanics as well as agility\, balance\, coordination\, change of direction\, power and reaction time.
