SUMMARY:Future Star Basketball Camp - 6th-8th
DESCRIPTION:Dates and Times: June 10th – 13th from 8:30 – 11:30 am \nThis camp is for kids who are entering 6th-8th grades in the fall.  \nLocation: Arvada West High School Main/Auxiliary Gyms \nCost of Camp: $95 \nDescription of Camp: Our emphasis is teaching fundamentals and sportsmanship within the framework of team play.  A typical day includes individual instruction in basketball fundamentals\, as well as individual and team competitions.  Our first goal is for your son to have a fun camp experience and secondly\, to improve as a basketball player.  Our varsity players will also serve as camp counselors for this camp. \nFrom the parents:\n“I am very impressed with the camp organization. You were able to keep 50-60 kids interested and on task for 3 hours…The high school kids who served as coaches were excellent role models. In summary\, this camp was an excellent and worthwhile experience.”  \nEquipment needed: All campers must wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle each day
