DESCRIPTION:Cost: $75 (8 total sessions) \nCamp Description: The Standley Lake Middle School Speed and Agility Camp was created for male and female athletes looking to improve their overall athletic ability. DESCRIPTION:Days/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm \nAge: 7th – 8th grades \nCost of Camp: $100 (12 sessions) \nDescription of Camp: This camp is the 2nd session that follows our winter weights session\, but is for new campers that did not attend the winter weights camp. The camp is geared towards athletes of all levels (beginner to experienced) that participate in any sport. Campers will take part in a challenging total body weight lifting and training program run by the high school strength staff. We will focus on using proper technique and safety\, increasing functional athleticism and strength for sports\, and preparing young athletes for high school weight lifting. \nCamp Location: ThunderRidge High School Weight Room
